Any clue as to the breed of my new little girl?

Just got this little cutie today from a woman who rescued her and her brother from the streets.. nursed her back to health after being skinny and near death.. she had no info about her but she thought she was around 8 or 9 weeks.. I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify breed or mix.. age or any advice on a name.. I want something original unique.. maybe in relation to ancient Egyptians.. thank you
