Our Loveable Hooter

We got Hooter about 7 months ago and she brings so much joy to our lives. We also have an older cat called Missey, but she just wants to be left alone. Missey is 8, and a very nice girl, but I always felt bad for her when we went away and she was by herself. So that's where Hooter comes in, and it has changed Missey's life .They play so much and chase each other, it is so funny to watch. The lady we got Hooter from found her on the side of the road when she was about 5 weeks old, we noticed that she had no bottom teeth between her two eye teeth, we just thought that she lost baby teeth, but none ever grew in.
Does anyone know why??????
