What breed are my kittens?

I have two kittens I got from my local animal control. They had them listed as domestic short-hair. I believe they're some sort of Siamese or rag doll. I would love to know what breed they are when people ask. They are an off white color with grey accents. They have grey on the ears, face, and rings around their tail. They also have a tiger stripe pattern on all of their legs.
